Carry-on bag

• Make sure your carry-on bag is no more than 55 x 35 x 25 cm

• This will ensure that it fits in the overhead compartment and speeds up the boarding process

• Tourist class passengers can bring one carry-on bag weighing up to 10 kg

• Business class passengers can bring two carry-on bags with a combined weight limit of 14 kg

Personal accessories

• Personal accessories must conform to the dimensions of 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm

• Examples of personal accessories include handbags, laptop bags, or briefcases

• These items allow you to keep your essentials within easy reach while traveling

• The size restrictions apply in addition to the carry-on bag dimensions.

Checked bags

• The bag size can't be over 158 cm, including handles, pockets, and wheels.

• The maximum weight per checked bag is 23 kg (32 kg for business class passengers).

• Additional charges apply if you exceed the baggage limit.

• Over-sized bags will not get onboard as checked baggage.

• Each passenger may carry a maximum of 10 pieces of baggage, including those already included with the ticket.

• Medellín, San Pedro Sula, Santa Cruz de la Sierra: Boarding closes 90 minutes before departure.

• Caracas: Boarding closes 120 minutes before departure.

• Amsterdam: Boarding closes 60 minutes before departure.
