Wizfair acts as Merchant of Record for most airline transactions.

Disputing Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback:

  • Does not cancel your booking
  • May suspend your reservation
  • May delay refund processing
Fraudulent Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed for:

  • A valid booking
  • A non-refundable ticket
  • A completed travel service

Wizfair may:

  • Provide documentation to the issuing bank
  • Recover administrative and legal costs
  • Pursue arbitration under our Terms
2. Complaint Resolution Policy

If you have a dispute:

  1. Contact support first
  2. Allow 30 days for internal review
  3. If unresolved, disputes proceed under arbitration per Terms

Small claims court remains available where applicable.

3. Fraud Prevention & Risk Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Request government-issued ID
  • Verify billing information
  • Cancel suspicious bookings
  • Delay ticket issuance pending verification

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation without liability.

4. Ofac & Sanctions Compliance Notice

Wizfair complies with U.S. sanctions laws administered by:

  • Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
Restricted Countries and Persons

Wizfair does not provide services to:

  • Individuals or entities on U.S. sanctions lists
  • Persons located in comprehensively sanctioned countries
  • Persons subject to U.S. trade restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel bookings
  • Suspend transactions
  • Request identity verification

If a transaction is blocked due to sanctions compliance, refunds may be subject to regulatory approval.

5. Promotions & Travel Credit Terms

Promo codes:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May not be combined unless stated

Travel credits:

  • Are subject to expiration
  • Governed by airline rules
  • Not redeemable for cash

Fraudulent use voids promotional eligibility.
